Job summary

AI Makers is hiring a Head of Growth to lead both internal and client growth. The role is fully remote with occasional travel to client sites, expenses covered. You will own strategy, execution, and build a 3–5 person team across acquisition and brand initiatives.

You bring 6+ years in growth or acquisition marketing, proven budgets of €100K+ per month, startup experience, and a track record across content, social, paid, brand and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Makers' growth: acquisition, pipeline generation, brand.
• Lead our clients' growth: strategy, action plans and results across acquisition channels.
• Combine organic growth (SEO/GEO, content, social) and inorganic growth (paid ads), reallocating budgets to top performers.
• Manage and develop a team of 3 to 5 people with 1–5 years of experience.
• Coordinate content, social media, paid, brand and product to shared goals.
