Job summary

Scaleway in France seeks an accomplished Engineering Leader to head the GPU Cloud teams and governance. You will own the strategy for Support Engineering, HPC, and SRE, guiding architecture decisions and ensuring reliable delivery of large-scale GPU infrastructure.

You will lead an international, collaborative organization, overseeing two Engineering Managers and 14 engineers, while aligning with GTM, Operations, Product, and other groups to scale AI and HPC platforms securely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience leading GPU/HPC infrastructure initiatives.
• Proven ability to make architectural decisions and drive large-scale deployments.
• Experience with orchestration, monitoring, networking, and storage tech in HPC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Support Engineering, HPC, and SRE organizations, overseeing two Engineering Managers and 14 engineers.
• Own the technical strategy, architecture, and key technology choices for GPU Cloud infrastructure.
• Review and validate the technical and service aspects of strategic proposals to ensure deliverability.
• Oversee design, deployment, and operational readiness of new GPU clusters.
• Drive evolution of cluster management, capacity planning, automation, and operations.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and maintainability of GPU infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership on complex AI and HPC projects.
• Foster alignment between Engineering, GTM, Product, and Operations.
• Develop the engineering organization through clear direction and coaching.
