Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong epidemiology and benefit–risk evaluation expertise.
• Extensive experience with regulatory guidelines and post-authorization safety studies.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall Epidemiology and BR strategies to address safety issues for all products across GBUs.
• Lead and oversee epidemiology safety studies (PASS) to meet regulatory requirements.
• Guide external collaborations with regulators and academia to advance BR practices and policy.
• Drive strategy for Real-World Data access and analysis for BR studies.
• Lead the Epi & BR team, manage budgets, and develop capabilities across Global Pharmacovigilance.
