As Design Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
Oversee the design and development of our RF hardware systems (antennas, receivers, transmitters, filters), from defining specifications to validation in a real-world environment.
Supervise the production of RF electronic cards: component selection, circuit architecture, performance optimization (noise, linearity, power consumption), and validation in an anechoic chamber or in the field.
Ensure the technical excellence of our products, in collaboration with the R&D, production, and quality teams, and in compliance with military and civil standards (EMC, MIL-STD, etc.).
Coordinate subcontractors (manufacturing, assembly, testing) and technical partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Improving our engineering processes: design methodologies, technical risk management, and traceability of changes.
Lead a team of engineers and technicians, promoting skills development and innovation.
Participate in technical reviews with customers and partners, and contribute to the product roadmap by proposing solutions tailored to operational needs.
Education: Engineering degree (5 years of higher education) in electronics, telecommunications, or RF systems, with a specialization in radio frequency circuit design.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in RF hardware design, ideally in the defense, aerospace, or critical systems sectors. Experience in team management and technical project management required.
