Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in Ethics, Compliance, or Risk Monitoring, ideally in pharma or biotech.
  • Experience in compliance monitoring, internal controls, risk management, or audit with a strong data & analytics focus.
  • Good understanding of codes of conduct, ABAC, HCP interactions, and transparency.

Responsabilités

  • Lead a global, risk-based monitoring framework that is business-driven.
  • Use analytics and AI to design automated controls and dashboards.
  • Coach BE Officers worldwide, sharing tools and best practices.
  • Present findings to senior leadership and translate them into business improvements.
  • Work with Legal, Finance, Internal Audit, and IT to embed monitoring in risk management.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Head of Business Ethics Monitoring to lead the evolution of our monitoring program with a strong focus on data, digitalization, and real impact. You’ll design next‑generation monitoring strategies, deploy an innovative digital platform for our global BE Officers, and turn data into insights that drive ethical, responsible business conduct across Ipsen.

  • Shape the strategy: Lead a global, risk‑based monitoring framework that’s business‑driven and future‑ready.
  • Bring data to life: Use analytics and AI to design smart, automated controls and dashboards.
  • Empower others: Coach and support BE Officers worldwide, sharing tools, templates, and best practices.
  • Turn insight into action: Present meaningful findings to senior leadership and translate them into real business improvements.
  • Collaborate for impact: Work closely with Legal, Finance, Internal Audit, Data, and IT to embed monitoring in Ipsen’s broader risk management ecosystem.
What you bring
  • A strategic mindset and passion for ethical business conduct.
  • Solid experience (8–10 years) in Ethics, Compliance, or Risk Monitoring, ideally within pharma or biotech.
  • A background in Data Science, Law, Business, or Ethics (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
  • Comfort with digital tools, analytics platforms, and automation (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python/R basics, or compliance platforms).
  • Ability to influence without formal authority and to develop a community of compliance champions.
  • Solid experience in compliance monitoring, internal controls, risk management, or audit, with strong data & analytics dimension.
  • Good understanding of codes of conduct, ABAC (anti‑bribery/anti‑corruption), HCP interactions, transparency, etc.
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • English & French Fluent
