Job summary
Pierre Fabre Laboratories seeks a hands-on leader to build and lead the Business Analysis capability across R&D IT. You will coach a team of internal and external Business Analysts, shape standards, and drive high-impact projects while staying closely connected to data governance and scientific platforms.
The role combines leadership with active BA work on strategic initiatives, ensuring business value remains the central decision driver.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Consulting, Business Partnering or Digital Transformation.
- Strong experience in Pharmaceutical R&D, Laboratory Informatics, Scientific Applications, Clinical Development and Data & Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead the BA capability within R&D IT and coach internal and external Business Analysts.
- Establish BA standards, methods and best practices while ensuring high-quality requirements and deliverables.
- Drive portfolio planning, governance and strategic roadmaps across Data & AI, Scientific Platforms and Cloud-enabled R&D capabilities.
- Stay hands-on, lead workshops, translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and support build-vs-buy decisions.
