Ipsen Innovation (SAS) is seeking a Head of Bioanalysis, Immunoanalysis and OneLab in Dreux to lead integrated bioanalytical and immunoanalytical functions across the R&D portfolio.

You will be responsible for strategic direction, scientific innovation, and regulatory-compliant data delivery, while overseeing the Dreux OneLab laboratories and cross-functional engagement with partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bioanalytical and immunoanalytical method development, validation and application.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GLP, GCP, GxP) and quality systems.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and external partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Bioanalysis and Immunoanalysis/Immunogenicity groups.
• Oversee Dreux OneLab laboratories development and continuous improvement.
• Develop, validate, and implement bioanalytical methods to support non-clinical and clinical programs.
• Ensure timely, regulatory-compliant data for PK, PD and immunogenicity assessments across all phases.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams and manage external partnerships.
• Represent the function in cross-functional project teams and regulatory interactions.
