Job summary

The Recruiter is assisting an international retailer based in Annecy, France, to appoint an IT B2B Director (m/f) who will lead the technology organisation behind the B2B platform. You will report to the IT Senior Director Digital Technologies and be part of a new Digital Technologies department with three pillars.

A pivotal role in shaping strategy and delivery for global growth. You will drive the B2B technology strategy, oversee a complex delivery portfolio, and advance AI adoption across B2B

Qualifications

• You have led technology organisations in B2B, commerce or enterprise platforms.
• You have delivered multi-stream replatforming projects and managed critical operations.
• You communicate effectively with ExecBoard and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the B2B technology organisation across delivery, run and enablement.
• Own the replatformed B2B environment and manage the delivery portfolio on time and budget.
• Support growth in the US and internationally, balancing global standards with regional needs.
• Develop the management layer and represent the function at ExecBoard level.
• Define the B2B technology strategy and manage sourcing decisions and budget.
• Drive AI adoption across B2B in collaboration with AI Delivery teams.
