The position: Theselected candidate plays a crucial part in transforming key organizationalprocesses, essential for enabling CIP’s global operations to be both efficientand effective. This role focuses on enhancing administrative efficiency,promoting country and regional autonomy, reducing costs, ensuring compliance,improving stakeholder satisfaction, prioritizing sustainability, and leveragingtechnological advancements. The position reports to the Director of Operations.

Requirements

· Master’sdegree in business Administration or related fields.

· Provenexperience in administration management, preferably in an NGO setting.

· Knowledgeof risk management and compliance regulations.

· Strongleadership and organizational skills.

· Excellentcommunication and interpersonal abilities.

· Abilityto work in a multicultural environment and manage cross-functional teams.

· Thisrole requires a dynamic and proactive individual who can manage diverseadministrative functions in a complex, international environment, ensuring thatthe CIP operates smoothly and effectively.

· Excellentwritten and oral communication skills in English.

· Goodworking proficiency of Spanish is highly desirable.
