You will lead the HOI Retail Brand team, align with Nike Direct and regional teams, and drive premium storytelling and brand differentiation throughout the customer journey. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communication, economics or sports sciences.
• Strong experience in retail marketing and digital channels.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to manage projects and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.

• Deliver a world‑class consumer experience from online to offline for HOI Paris, aligning retail marketing plans.
• Lead, coach and inspire the HOI Paris Retail Brand team with a clear vision of success.
• Drive the retail marketing roadmap, prioritizing Nike brand seasonal objectives within HOI leadership.
• Collaborate with Nike Direct, global and regional teams to maximize consumer impact and business results.
