EnerSys is seeking a hands-on Software Engineering Lead to design, build, and shape next-generation energy storage and IoT platforms. You will lead a team across embedded devices to cloud services, ensuring secure, scalable solutions with global deployment readiness.

The role combines embedded Linux on ARM with backend APIs and cloud integration, offering ownership across hardware and software domains in a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IoT or embedded software engineering.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of software engineers through Agile sprint cycles.
• Design and develop embedded software (C/C++/Python) on Linux (ARM).
• Build and integrate APIs, backend services, and IoT cloud solutions.
• Drive technical decisions and architecture improvements.
• Debug and prototype on hardware platforms.
• Ensure high standards of security, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with global teams across engineering and product.
