AskBio Inc. is seeking a Senior Planner and Scheduler for its RTP, NC site to develop detailed maintenance plans and schedules in a GxP-regulated environment.

This role serves as the CMMS SME, owning data quality, generating metrics, and driving maintenance performance in collaboration with facilities, engineering, metrology, quality, and operations teams. This onsite position reports to the Associate Director, Facilities Reliability and requires strong CMMS, planning, and communication skills

Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 3+ years, or HS diploma with 9+ years.
• - Direct experience planning and scheduling maintenance in a pharma, biotech, or GxP/GMP environment.
• - Hands-on planning: spare parts, calibration programs, and facility/utility systems.
• - Proficient with at least one major CMMS (RAM, Maximo, SAP PM, eMaint, Fiix).
• - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• - Excellent communication and cross-functional influencing abilities.
• - Knowledge of maintenance planning principles; ability to work independently with reviews at critical points.

Responsabilités

• Planning & Scheduling: develop detailed maintenance plans and schedules.
• CMMS Ownership & Continuous Improvement: own CMMS data quality and reporting.
• Spare Parts & Materials: manage parts inventory and procurement.
• Calibration & Utilities: coordinate calibration programs and utilities supports.
• Maintenance Plan Review & Reliability: review plans for reliability improvements.
• Work Assignment & Logistics: assign and coordinate work orders and logistics.
• Compliance: maintain documentation accuracy in a regulated environment.
