  • Fluent English for literature review and reporting.

Responsabilités

  • Conduct bacterial culture experiments of intestinal strains under anaerobic conditions to study siderophore production.
  • Investigate effects of siderophores on growth and competition in the microbiota.
  • Establish co-culture and cellular models to analyze colonization by bacteria.
  • Analyze molecular and cellular responses using PCR, sequencing, flow cytometry, and microscopy.
  • Develop strategies including mutagenesis and reporter strains to study siderophore systems.
  • Process and analyze data to link siderophore production to microbiota dynamics.
  • Present results in team meetings, reports, and publications.
