Sonder is seeking a Front Desk Hospitality Agent in Nice to greet guests, guide them through our tech-enabled experience, and ensure a seamless stay. You will interact with guests in person and via digital channels, resolve issues, and keep both guest areas and back-of-house spaces organized and welcoming.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, a service-oriented mindset, and comfort with multiple apps. The role may involve flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotels, restaurants, or customer-facing hospitality roles.
• Comfortable using digital tools and communicating with guests across channels.
• Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Be the face of Sonder, creating a positive first impression for guests and partners.
• Guide guests through the Sonder experience using the app and self-service features.
• Communicate in person and digitally to anticipate and address guest needs.
• Handle guest interactions with high service quality and resolve issues.
• Maintain clean, welcoming guest-facing and back-of-house spaces.
• Support the back-of-house team with routine tasks and property coverage.
• Assist markets with administrative tasks and uphold HACCP where applicable.
