Alan is seeking a General Secretary Associate intern for a six‑month program in Paris, starting March 2027. Open to gap year or end‑of‑study applicants and not for MBA students. You’ll support the General Secretary on priority projects and gain exposure to diverse, innovative initiatives.

This unique opportunity involves internal process work, cross‑team coordination, and exposure to governance, events, and talent projects within a fast‑growing company.

Qualifications

• Open to gap year or end-of-study interns with a March 2027 start date.
• Six‑month internship; not open to MBA students.
• GS Associate supports the General Secretary on top business priorities.
• This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meetings with external stakeholders and track actions to conversion.
• Assist in organizing events with investors and customers.
• Support research and projects related to regulatory stakeholders, fundraisings and governance matters.
• Contribute to board pack preparation and market research.
• Improve internal processes and cross‑team coordination to scale Alan.
• Harmonize weekly internal communication and help with HR and corporate presence.
