Proton AG is seeking a Growth Manager to join the Proton Pass growth team, reporting to the Growth lead. You will execute PLG and marketing initiatives to drive activation, conversion, and adoption for Proton Pass across consumer and business offerings.

In this hands-on role, you will run in-product experiments, optimize onboarding, and coordinate with product, engineering, design, and marketing to deliver measurable growth results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or performance marketing.
• Exposure to PLG and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Drive growth, activation, and retention for Proton Pass across product and marketing.
• Design, launch, and analyze in-product experiments (onboarding, nudges, upgrades).
• Support acquisition in owned and paid channels; brief marketing; track growth targets.
• Optimize conversions on landing and upgrade pages with design/content teams.
• Surface insights to improve business metrics and inform strategy.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and data teams on the growth roadmap.
