Proton, a privacy-focused tech company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Pass, Authenticator, and SimpleLogin. You will set direction, grow engagement, and drive freemium performance while aligning with senior leadership.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Growth, Data, and Design to ship user-friendly experiences and scale the business. A strong UX focus and data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of product management experience in B2C or B2B SaaS, with launches.
• Strong data literacy and ability to translate metrics into action.
• Experience leading growth, freemium models, and enterprise considerations.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the product roadmap for Pass, Authenticator, and SimpleLogin with senior leadership.
• Own key metrics: active usage, engagement, retention, revenue, and conversions.
• Identify and ship features expanding value and defensibility against competitors.
• Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, design, growth, and marketing.
• Define scaling strategies including infrastructure and customer engagement platforms.
• Drive market research, competitive analysis, and direct customer feedback loops.
