Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven Market Analyst to support Nestlé Petfood initiatives in the Drive channel. You will lead phoning campaigns to Leclerc Drive locations, analyze performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

You will collaborate with Sales, Category and e-commerce teams, build management dashboards, and contribute to continuous improvement of tools and processes while prioritizing multiple topics with rigor and curiosity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or related field.
• Strong interest in data, digital tools and fieldwork.
• Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel.
• Ability to identify and resolve logistical, data and tool-related issues.
• Capacity to manage multiple topics and prioritize effectively.
• Experience creating monitoring, training and reporting materials.
• Demonstrated rigor and an analytical mindset.
• Curious and motivated to learn.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead phoning campaigns targeting Leclerc Drive locations to grow Nestlé Petfood presence.
• Analyze Drive channel performance to identify growth opportunities and stock shortages.
• Develop recommendations to optimize assortment, availability, promotions and visibility.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and measure actions.
• Contribute to improving tools, methods and processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, category and e-commerce teams on Drive development.
• Prepare analyses and executive summaries to inform management decisions.
