SumUp in Paris is seeking a Growth Campaign Lead to own end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs that drive the discovery and adoption of our banking and lending products. You will coordinate with CRM, performance marketing, data and sales to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and deliver measurable commercial impact.

You will turn data into action, monitor attribution and payback, and define messaging across channels.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience delivering marketing campaigns or growth programmes.
• Strong project coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Hands-on with at least one GTM channel (CRM, direct mail or sales enablement).
• Interest in using AI tools to speed up workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale growth programmes and campaigns.
• Launch product features from brief to activation with clear messaging.
• Analyze performance, monitor payback and attribution, and recommend actions.
• Support Direct Mail campaigns for Lending with reporting on commercial impact.
• Coordinate with CRM, Performance Marketing and Sales to keep programmes moving.
• Contribute to AI-enhanced workflows and launch playbooks for scale.
