CMA CGM Group in Marseille is seeking a Group Accounting Senior Specialist to ensure IFRS and statutory financial statements are prepared accurately and on time, presenting a true view of the group’s assets and liabilities.

You will maintain accounts in SAP or SAGE, run IFRS reporting in Onestream, reconcile intercompany balances, prepare statutory statements and tax declarations, and serve as the primary contact for auditors. A minimum of five years’ experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting/finance.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, analytical accounting, and taxation.
• Autonomous with initiative and adaptable to changing requirements.
• Demonstrated rigor, reactivity and flexibility in work.

Responsabilités

• Maintain daily accounting using SAP or SAGE.
• Prepare IFRS reporting in Onestream and reconcile intergroup transactions.
• Prepare statutory statements, tax bundles and tax declarations.
• Act as primary contact for auditors during annual and contractual audits.
• Contribute to forecasts and work on IT/tool evolution projects.

YOUR ROLE :

Your main mission is to prepare financial and accounting statements in compliance with IFRS and statutory standards, and within deadlines, in order to present a true and faithful picture of the company's financial assets

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

For various subsidiaries of the Headquarters, such as holdings, SNCs, or SCIs, and within a team of several collaborators

• You are responsible for the daily maintenance of accounting under SAP (or SAGE), the monthly preparation of IFRS reporting using Onestream (the group's reporting tool), or, using Excel matrix, including the reconciliation of intragroup transactions within your scope, the preparation of statutory statements, tax bundles, and tax declarations.
• You are the primary contact for auditors in the context of their annual account audits as well as any contractual audits.
• You may be required to produce and analyze forecast accounts and ensure the quality of information, particularly in terms of compliance with the Group's principles and methods.
• You may be involved in projects (new regulations, evolution of IT tools, etc.).

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Higher Degree in Finance, Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Good knowledge of general accounting, analytical accounting, and taxation
• You are autonomous and have a sense of initiative
• You demonstrate rigor, reactivity, and flexibility in your work
