Job summary

Airbus SAS, based in Toulouse, is seeking a senior procurement professional to lead the green capex category across divisions, focusing on PV, wind, biomass, batteries, and energy efficiency tech. You will negotiate, manage contracts, and drive cross-functional collaboration to support Airbus' sustainability goals.

The role requires an engineering or business degree with several years in negotiating and contract management within the energy or facility management sector, plus experience with

Qualifications

• University degree from engineering or business school or in energy sustainability or facility management.
• Several years of experience in negotiating and contract management.
• Professional experience in energy or facility management sector.
• Experience with CAPEX processes is a plus.
• Renewable energy regulation and decarbonisation experience is a plus.
• English negotiation level and ideally another Airbus core language.

Responsibilities

• Define, improve and implement a sourcing strategy for green energy sub-categories (PV, Wind, Biomass, Battery).
• Lead cross-divisional negotiations, supplier selection and contracting.
• Manage contracts with internal customers and strategic suppliers with KPIs.
• Guide day-to-day relationships with suppliers and project execution to optimize value.
• Engage stakeholders across functions to guide strategic and contractual decisions.
