Hirsch Group in Lyon is seeking a Production Designer to join our Global Marketing team. You will translate approved brand concepts into production-ready assets across print and digital channels.
The role requires 3+ years in production design or graphic design, strong Adobe and PowerPoint skills, and fluency in French and English. You will manage templates, localization, and brand consistency while collaborating with the Brand Director and CoE to deliver high-quality materials.
Hirsch Group (formerly Vitaprotech) is a leading provider of premium security solutions, specializing in intrusion detection, access control, and video security for commercial and high-security sites.
Founded in 2012, the Group now brings together three companies (Hirsch, Prysm, and ARD), offering the broadest and most comprehensive portfolio of security solutions on the market.
Backed by Seven2 and Bpifrance, Hirsch Group is pursuing an ambitious international growth strategy and today employs more than 700 people worldwide.
As part of Hirsch Group's continued international growth, we are creating a new Production Designer position to strengthen our Global Marketing team.
In this newly created role, you will report to both the Brand Director and the VP Marketing Operations & Center of Excellence (CoE), acting as the link between creative vision and flawless execution. While the Brand Director defines the creative direction and the Visual & 3D Designer develops hero concepts and key visuals, you will transform these approved ideas into high-quality, production‑ready marketing assets that are accurate, on‑brand, and ready for publication or print.
Your responsibilities will include:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Production Designer, Graphic Designer, or within a Creative Studio role, ideally in a B2B, industrial, technical, or regulated environment.
Joining Hirsch Group means becoming part of a supportive and collaborative work environment where management is built on trust, empowerment, and teamwork.
You will join a fast‑growing international group offering genuine opportunities for career development and internal mobility, both in France and abroad.
Hirsch Group is fully committed to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), with the ambition of continuously improving quality of life at work and empowering every employee to become an agent of positive change.
The Group has recently been awarded the Engaged CSR label.
