Hirsch Group in Lyon is seeking a Production Designer to join our Global Marketing team. You will translate approved brand concepts into production-ready assets across print and digital channels.

The role requires 3+ years in production design or graphic design, strong Adobe and PowerPoint skills, and fluency in French and English. You will manage templates, localization, and brand consistency while collaborating with the Brand Director and CoE to deliver high-quality materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as Production Designer or Graphic Designer in a Creative Studio or similar setting.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Transform brand and campaign concepts into polished, production-ready assets for print and digital channels.
• Produce and maintain sales and product collateral using templates, data, and imagery.
• Create digital marketing assets including banners and social visuals in multiple formats and sizes.
• Design social media graphics aligned with the global content calendar.
• Localize master assets for international markets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Prepare print-ready artwork with correct bleed, crop marks, color profiles, and preflight checks.
• Build and manage reusable templates in InDesign, PowerPoint, and Canva; organize a versioned asset library.
