Job summary

Huawei Europe is seeking a Project Control Manager in Boulogne-Billancourt to oversee multiple projects, coordinate resources and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

You will work with internal stakeholders and third parties, define project scope, monitor progress, manage risks, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project, plus a STEM degree and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple projects with tight timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
• PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Define project scope with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure performance using PM tools and report to management.
• Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify and manage risks to minimize potential issues.
• Create comprehensive project documentation.
