Scaleway seeks an experienced engineering leader to drive GPU Cloud infrastructure strategy and delivery. You will lead two Engineering Managers and a team of 14 engineers, aligning Eng, GTM, Product and Operations to build scalable AI/HPC platforms.

You will oversee architecture decisions, cluster deployment, reliability, and operations while validating commercial proposals and ensuring commitments are met on our sovereign cloud.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure engineering with senior leadership experience.
• Experience designing, deploying, or operating large-scale GPU/HPC clusters.
• Strong knowledge of distributed infrastructure, reliability, and production operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Support Engineering, HPC, and SRE teams.
• Own technical strategy and architecture for GPU Cloud infra.
• Validate technical feasibility of strategic proposals and ensure deliverability.
