You will combine hands-on development with team leadership, guide architectural decisions, and uphold a strong engineering culture across the squad. Paris-based role in a growth-focused company.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in software development in product environments.
• 3+ years hands-on Golang experience.
• 3+ years in a people management role.
• Strong experience with distributed systems and microservices.
• Relational DB experience, PostgreSQL preferred.
• Ability to drive architectural decisions and trade-offs.
• Strong ownership and business-minded mindset.
• Exposure to SRE practices and production reliability.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, supporting growth and performance.
• Define quarterly, release, and sprint planning.
• Ensure stability and reliability of production services.
• Contribute hands-on to backend development (Golang).
• Design and evolve scalable distributed systems.
• Review technical designs for risk and scalability.
• Define and improve testing strategies with QA.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and development practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and other teams.
