Job summary

Infinite Orbits, a NewSpace company based in Toulouse, invites motivated GNC / Flight Dynamics Engineering Interns for 2027. Selected candidates will be matched to R&D topics across AOCS, Rendez-Vous & Docking, or Flight Dynamics based on their background and interests.

Responsibilities include exploring RD topics, performing Mission Analysis, implementing algorithms in MATLAB, Python and Simulink, testing modules, and aiding integration of software in the ground segment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a master's program in Aerospace / Control Systems / Physics.
• Project/internship experience in orbital mechanics, satellite AOCS, and flexible dynamics.
• Ability to code in MATLAB and SIMULINK and to be able to use git.
• Proactiveness and teamwork are valued.
• English is the working language at Infinite Orbits.
• Masters students based in France or EU residents, available 5–6 months; PhD students available 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to exploration of R&D topics and algorithms in AOCS, GNC, and Flight Dynamics.
• Perform Mission Analysis tasks for current and future missions.
• Implement algorithms and develop tools in MATLAB, Python, and Simulink.
• Help test and validate existing modules.
• Support integration of software in the ground segment.
