Decathlon Digital is seeking a Digital Product Manager for the Workday Finance module to lead the product roadmap and transformation of global financial processes. You will partner with international finance teams to identify needs, co-design solutions, and drive agile delivery across the organization.

The role emphasizes a strong product mindset, ROI focus, and end-user adoption, with responsibility for change management, training, and documentation in a hybrid, globally connected team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Product Manager/Owner or Functional Consultant, ideally with Workday.
• Strong understanding of finance-related business challenges.
• Product Mindset focused on user value, ROI and problem solving.
• Ability to align diverse profiles (tech, business, design).
• Fluency in English is mandatory in our international context.

Responsabilités

• Strategy & Vision: Drive the product roadmap for Workday Finance module and define trajectory.
• Product Discovery: Collaborate with international finance teams to identify needs and pain points.
• Delivery & Excellence: Coordinate implementation, support testing, and ensure agile delivery quality.
• Change Management: Support end-users with workshops, documentation, and communications.
