Sanofi is seeking a Quality Global Visual Inspection Expert in Gentilly and Lyon. You will drive the strategy for visual inspection across sites, providing technical capability support and oversight of the program within Manufacturing & Supply, with focus on contamination control, microbiology, validation, and data integrity.

You will lead cross-functional teams, author technical docs, and ensure high-quality inspections while preparing for regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• Significant experience (10+ years preferred) in visual inspection of pharmaceutical products.
• Ability to influence and communicate with diverse groups on regulatory, business, or technical issues.
• Master of Science or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Author, review, or approve technical documents including qualification strategies and defect classifications.
• Develop and implement harmonized procedures across sites.
• Provide technical oversight on defect classification and qualification programs.
• Perform root cause analysis related to defect creation, prevention, and detection.
• Train and coach others and act as SME during inspections and investigations.
• Develop and monitor statistically based metrics to assess process variability.
