FreeWheel, a Comcast company, is seeking a bilingual Support Engineer for Paris hybrid. You will assist clients of the premium video ad platform, solve complex problems, and help drive customer success across global teams.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years in a client-facing role, and strong English/French communication. Travel may be required; you’ll grow as a subject matter expert in a fast-moving TV ecosystem.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent expertise.
• 2‑5 years of experience in a client‑facing environment is preferred.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines effectively.
• Proactive and self‑driven, taking initiative to solve problems.
• Demonstrable experience learning technical tools (such as SQL and Excel) to solve complex problems.
