PCM, a long-standing French company, seeks a Shipping and Customs Coordinator for its Angers logistics team. You will organize transport, coordinate with carriers, and ensure compliance with Incoterms and international regulations.

You will also manage customer communications, prepare shipment documents, and support compliance. A background in international trade or transport with 1 year of experience and English at B2 are required; ERP and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Higher education in international trade and/or transport.
• Minimum 1 year experience in shipping and/or sales administration.
• Professional English level B2; a second language is a plus.
• Responsive, rigorous with initiative and strong team spirit.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with internal and external contacts.
• Good knowledge of transport regulations and Incoterms.
• Proficiency in using ERP software.

Responsabilités

• Organise transport; obtain quotes; coordinate with carriers under Incoterms; validate invoices and deadlines.
• Communicate with customers to organise transport and discuss terms.
• Prepare documentation to organise transport and shipments; ensure customs compliance.
