Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or buying in a regional or global context.

• Familiarity with marketing programs involving licensing, product development, and manufacturing is highly desirable.

• Lead global sourcing strategy for toys and merchandise across 100+ markets.
• Establish and manage high-value supplier agreements to drive brand objectives.
