CEVA France SASU, within the Core Transversal Functions division, is seeking a Global Solution Design Expert to shape and implement testing strategies that ensure high-quality logistics solutions before deployment. You will lead global testing across projects and regions, drive best practices, collaborate with managers, developers and operations, and mentor teams to deliver reliable results.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and managing comprehensive testing strategies on a global scale.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and contract logistics operations.
• Familiarity with testing tools, automation frameworks, and QA methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences clearly.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional and culturally diverse teams.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Deliver detailed reports and insights on testing outcomes to senior management and relevant stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
• Mentor and guide testing teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence in quality assurance practices.

Join CEVA France SASU within the Core Transversal Functions division as a pivotal member of our Solution Design team. As a Global Solution Design Expert, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing testing strategies that ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable logistics solutions aligned with the overall business objectives of the Contract Logistics sector.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of global testing strategies across multiple projects and regions, ensuring consistency and excellence in how solutions are validated before deployment. Your expertise will drive the adoption of best practices and innovative methodologies in testing, directly enhancing the robustness and efficiency of our logistics service offerings.
