Subsea7 seeks a Tendering Specialist for our Pipeline Group (PG) to coordinate inputs from internal support functions and develop the Pipeline Group tender proposal. Based in Paris, London, Glasgow or Aberdeen, the role requires full‑time commitment with occasional global travel.

You will support the Tender Lead throughout all tender phases, from initial preparation to submission, and coordinate handover to the Project Team or close‑out of unsuccessful bids.

Qualifications

• Relevant previous experience in tendering, bids, proposals, or commercially focused roles.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Commercially focused and numerate with attention to detail.
• Methodical, able to consolidate and present tender information effectively.
• Integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with tender processes.
• Ability to work across teams to deliver high‑quality compliant submissions.

Responsabilités

• Develop tender estimates to produce a complete, accurate, and optimized cost view.
• Create and distribute the ITT review matrix; consolidate clarifications for client return.
• Develop PG deliverables matrix and ensure delivery of required outputs.
• Maintain effective interfaces with internal/external stakeholders and regional teams.
• Draft tender authorisation papers and support presentations to PG Management.
• Manage tender performance against schedule, track actions, and facilitate gate reviews.
• Assist with risk screening and qualification register; consolidate input from technical teams.
• Maintain tender data records for analysis, forecasting and benchmarking.
• Handover awarded project estimates to PG Cost Controllers.
