Pernod Ricard is seeking a Global Tech Finance Controller to steer the financial performance of a dedicated area within the Global Tech organization and partner with Domain Directors, Product Owners, and Finance stakeholders. You will provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisions, helping Tech teams prioritize investments and drive business value.

You'll contribute to rolling forecasts, budgeting, and reporting, while driving continuous improvements in processes,

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate financial reporting.
• Experience with financial systems and analytical software.
• Ability to document, analyze and present data clearly.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Technology and Business functions.

Responsabilités

• Decision support and business partnering within Tech domains, providing financial insights.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Domain Directors to enhance financial efficiency and visibility for rolling forecasts and actuals.
• Perform forecasting and reporting to support Domains, Tech Leadership and Group Finance.
• Monitor and control spending to align with strategic objectives.
• Translate Tech strategy into reliable financial information with accounting teams.
• Simplify, standardize and automate Finance processes and improve reporting tools.
