Pernod Ricard is seeking a Global Tech Finance Controller to steer the financial performance of a dedicated area within the Global Tech organization and to serve as a trusted business partner to Domain Directors, Product Owners, and Finance stakeholders.

You will provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making, help Tech teams prioritize investments, and deliver value across the Tech organization through financial stewardship and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Experience using financial systems, reporting tools, and analytical software.
• Experience supporting development, management, and tracking of budgets.
• Effective communication with stakeholders across Finance, Technology and Business functions.

Responsabilités

• Decision Support & Business partnering: support decision-making with financial insights for Tech domains and stakeholders.
• Finance Analysis & Reporting: forecast, report, and provide insights to Tech Leadership and Group Finance.
• Transformation & Continuous Improvement: simplify, standardize and automate Finance processes; improve tools and governance.
