Sephora is seeking a Global Tech Controller in La Défense (Paris area) to lead IT financial controlling. The role focuses on closings, reporting, budgeting, and cost control, ensuring credible forecasts and cost visibility.

You will work with Tech managers to optimize processes and build a new controlling model within a global beauty leader. The position requires 4–5 years in IT controlling, strong Excel skills, SAP experience, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of proven experience in IT controlling or a similar financial role.
• Strong understanding of financial challenges within an IT environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (data reporting, pivot tables).
• SAP expertise is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee monthly and annual closings and reporting.
• Monitor Tech Capex and Opex; manage intercompany re-billings.
• Participate in budgets and revised forecasts with Tech managers; challenge assumptions.
• Ensure data submission in group formats and deadlines.
• Provide tools for cost monitoring and transparency; propose cost-saving initiatives.
