Artelia, a leading European engineering group, is strengthening its Tax Department by hiring a Tax Manager to support international growth, bids, and cross-border operating structures.

Reporting to the Group Tax Director, you will manage tax strategy for bids, country entries, and tax audits, ensuring compliance and optimized tax costs across regions. Master’s in tax law and 4–6 years’ experience required, with fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in corporate tax law.
• 4–6 years of experience in international tax.
• Knowledge of international tax principles incl. tax treaties, PE, withholding taxes, VAT.
• Excellent written and spoken English & French.

Responsabilités

• Estimate and validate the tax burden of bids and projects.
• Draft and review tax clauses in bids, proposals and contracts.
• Contribute to country-entry and investment structuring recommendations.
• Define scopes and coordinate with external tax advisers and finance teams.
• Prepare submissions and responses to tax authorities.
• Review tax compliance and reporting within the group.
