Back Market is seeking a senior talent scout to proactively identify high-potential candidates for future roles. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with candidates long before job openings arise, defining talent requirements in collaboration with hiring managers, and designing an internal referral program.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in senior sourcing, talent scouting, and talent marketing.
• Proven experience in building long-term candidate pipelines.
• Strong content creation skills including writing and storytelling.
