As part of this team, you’ll be at the heart of a global transformation program, developing rare cross‑functional skills across procurement strategy, responsible sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability leadership.

As an Apprentice Sustainable, Ethical & Inclusive Procurement, you will join the Global Quality Assurance and Responsible Sourcing Department and support the Global Director of Sustainable, Ethical & Inclusive Procurement.

You will contribute to Sodexo’s Ethical Business and Social Impact pillars, focusing on human rights, inclusive sourcing, and responsible business practices across our global supply chains.

This role is designed for someone who thrives on challenges, enjoys navigating a complex, matrix organization, and loves turning ideas into tangible, measurable actions. You will participate in structuring new initiatives, designing tools and processes, and using storytelling and communication to engage teams and drive change across the business.

Your key missions :

1. Ethical Business & Human Rights

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Sodexo’s Human Rights Due Diligence program.
• Contribute to the monitoring, analysis, and optimization of social audits, supplier assessments, and corrective action plans.
• Participate in the refinement of policies, processes, and tracking systems to reinforce ethical practices and human rights compliance.
• Benchmark global best practices in ethical sourcing, integrity, and due diligence.

2. Inclusive Sourcing & Social Impact

Play a key role in shaping the relaunch of Sodexo’s Inclusive Sourcing 2.0 : a defining moment to drive impact and transformation.

• Participate in the collection, monitoring, analysis, and reporting of inclusive sourcing initiatives across multiple countries.
• Contribute to the design and tracking of KPIs, dashboards, and impact measurement frameworks.
• Support the empowerment and training of Sodexo buyers globally, helping them embed inclusive and sustainable sourcing in daily practice.
• Take part in storytelling, communication, and awareness initiatives to highlight Sodexo’s social impact and inclusive sourcing success stories.

3. Strategy Deployment & Collaboration

• Work collaboratively across Sodexo’s matrix organization, interacting with a wide variety of stakeholders : Procurement (Food, Non‑Food, Indirect, Services), CSR, Ethics & Human Rights, Compliance & Legal, HR & Culture & Belonging, Finance, and Stop Hunger.
• Contribute to the implementation of the global Sustainable Procurement roadmap, supporting alignment with Sodexo’s ESG and Business Integrity frameworks.
• Assist in the preparation of strategic presentations, reports, and executive dashboards, combining data analysis with clear narrative to support decision‑making.
• Participate in the design and structuring of new global initiatives, tools, and frameworks to enhance the maturity and impact of Sodexo’s ethical and inclusive procurement strategy.

Your profile :

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Procurement / Supply Chain and Business, International Relations, Sustainability, or enrolled in Academic Chair for Equity and Inclusion
• Strong interest in responsible procurement, ethics, human rights, and social impact.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills (advanced Excel proficiency; ability to analyze and visualize KPIs, trends, and performance data).
• Enjoys structuring and organizing complex topics and turning ideas into operational, measurable actions.
• Comfortable working in a global, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrates initiative, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Curious, open‑minded, and capable of navigating ambiguity and complexity.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Energetic, empathetic, and purposeful, driven by both business performance and the pursuit of the common good.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).
