Evergreen Garden Care is seeking a Group Supply Chain Finance Manager to ensure consistent financial reporting and drive a global cost-out programme across six regions. You will oversee working capital and cash generation while challenging current processes and implementing KPI dashboards.

The role requires 10 years in supply chain finance or controllership, fluency in English and French, and strong knowledge of IBP/S&OP and SAP. Based near Lyon with a focus on manufacturing control.

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain finance or controllership.
• Strong background in working capital, inventory optimization, transformation or PMO.
• Fluent in English and French; SAP experience is a plus and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Ensure full alignment across Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance on a single-number forecast and Lead financial risk and opportunity assessment in the monthly S&OP cycle.
• Contribute to a Project Direct savings program, including savings validation, tracking and delivery, build and maintain benefit tracking models, challenge assumptions and ensure delivery of committed savings and working capital improvements.
• Own working capital performance across Supply Chain, including DIO, inventory drivers and stock policies. Challenge trade-offs between service, inventory and cost, and drive reduction of excess & obsolete stock and improvement of cash generation.
• Implement and drive a balanced scorecard of Supply Chain KPI’s. Ensure consistent reporting and performance reviews across all regions and provide clear, actionable insights to support performance management.
• Ensure that supply chain budget & forecast processes are completed within the business timetable, assist in driving accountability and understanding of the drivers.
• Establish and maintain financial controls and processes to be in line with company policies and financial processes.
• Lead the financial review of capital projects within the supply chain.
• Provide ad hoc strategic analysis and scenario planning.
• Support the Global Supply Chain Director in implementing required processes to improve global control.
