Job summary

HC RESOURCES in Lyon, France seeks a Group Supply Chain Finance Manager to drive consistency in financial reporting, lead a global cost-out programme, and oversee working capital management across six regions. The role focuses on delivering cash improvements and strong internal controls.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance, own KPI dashboards, and challenge assumptions to unlock savings while maintaining governance in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Around 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain finance and plant/manufacturing controllership.
• Experience with working capital management and inventory optimisation.
• Strong understanding of IBP / S&OP processes and financial integration.
• Fluent in English and French, autonomous and capable of driving change.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment across Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance on a single-number forecast.
• Lead savings programmes and tracking of benefits and working capital improvements.
• Own working capital performance across Supply Chain including DIO and stock policies.
• Implement balanced KPIs and provide actionable insights for performance management.
• Ensure budgets and forecasts are completed within timetable and maintain financial controls.
