Jobtailor in Marseille, France seeks an experienced consultant to contribute to high-profile strategic engagements with the Group’s executive leadership, working in small project teams across geographies and business lines.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree, has 4+ years in demanding international environments, and brings experience from top-tier consulting or strategy at a multinational. Fluency in French and English, excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a leading academic institution.
• At least 4 years of experience in a demanding international environment, working on strategic projects.
• Experience ideally within a top-tier management consulting firm or the strategy department of a large multinational company.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to high-profile strategic consulting engagements with the Group’s executive leadership
• Work in small project teams on assignments ranging from a few weeks to several months, across business lines and geographies
• Deliver successful projects and high-quality outputs
• Partner with the Project Manager and team members, or work independently when required, to ensure project delivery and meet expectations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather key data and drive project progress
• Conduct analyses, contribute to executive reports, and present recommendations to senior leadership and their teams
• Work on strategic reviews, operational performance assessments, geopolitical impact analyses, transformation initiatives, and M&A-related assignments
• Stay informed about industry trends and apply best practices, tools, and innovative approaches
• Support team member development by sharing knowledge and contributing to growth
