Pernod Ricard in Paris is seeking a Global Corporate Strategy & M&A Senior Manager to shape the group’s strategy and lead end-to-end transactions from due diligence to closing. You will report to the Global Corporate Strategy & M&A Director within Group Finance and coordinate across tax, legal, HR and external advisors.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree and 5+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting or Big Four transaction services.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to build business cases and valuations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English.
• Proven coordination skills in cross-functional, international environments.
• Autonomous self-starter capable of leading deals end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Define M&A priorities and target universe.
• Lead in-depth assessments and financial modeling for transactions.
• Prepare recommendations and valuation materials for senior management.
• Manage end-to-end transactions with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
• Support transition planning, post-closing follow-up, and integration or separation efforts.
• Develop corporate strategy through market analyses and benchmarking.
• Interact with senior bankers and affiliate CFOs to identify opportunities.
