Job summary

CEVA Logistics is offering an internship in Global Strategic Performance analytics (PMO) in La Défense. You will join the Group Transformation team, exposing you to senior leadership and high-impact projects in a fast-paced, international setting.

The role emphasizes data analysis, KPI development, and strategic problem solving with exposure to the CMA CGM Group’s transformation portfolio. Strong English and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required; French proficiency is desirable for daily collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or Qlik is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and roll-out of the Transformation cockpit with KPIs, reporting, and dashboards.
• Consolidate and analyze data from Finance, HR, and Transformation programs.
• Prepare strategic analyses and executive presentations for the CEO, CFO, CHRO, and Management Team.
• Support governance processes through data collection, process structuring, and progress tracking.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects such as benchmarking, cross-functional analyses, and workshop preparation.

About the Team

The Group Transformation team leads CEVA’s strategic programs and oversees the overall performance of the transformation portfolio (Finance, HR, productivity initiatives, savings plans, and other transformation priorities). The Control Tower team acts as the central hub for monitoring, analyzing, and steering the Group’s strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

Education

Final-year student from a leading business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program with a specialization in management, strategy, finance, or data. International education.

Technical Skills

Fluency in English is required. Good understanding of French required; spoken proficiency preferred. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI, Qlik, or other data visualization tools is a plus.

Analytical Skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structuring capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
