NXP Semiconductors NV in France (Toulouse, Valbonne) is seeking a Solution Train Engineer to deliver system solutions for SDV and CoreRide platforms. You will lead a cross-functional team and coordinate regional and worldwide customer teams to provide level 2 support for CoreRide.

The role interfaces with the sales organization and collaborates with R&D CoreRide development and product managers to align roadmaps and adapt change requests. Travel is frequent.

Competenze

• Master of Science in Software, Systems, or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven STE/RTE experience coordinating large development teams.
• Experience in automotive electronics or other fast-paced, highly regulated industry.
• Knowledge of SoC semiconductors, Agile SAFE, CI/CT/CD processes.
• Strong collaboration and cross-cultural teamwork skills.
• Excellent reporting and dashboarding capabilities.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and related planning tools.
• Professional proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Mansioni

• Provide worldwide system support level 2 to customers, to marketing & sales teams and to regions (FAEs).
• Animate a cross functional team to deliver CoreRide adaptations requested by customers.
• Coordinate and align with the different product lines included in the system offering to execute on customer requests.
• Support Marketing and sales teams during design win phase through implementation of proofs of concepts that value NXP system and components offerings.
• Organize trainings for customers and local support teams, support logistics (distribution, update, maintenance) in terms of CoreRide reference system hardware delivery.
