Job summary

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a Solution Train Engineer to lead cross-functional delivery of CoreRide-based system solutions for SDV platforms. You will coordinate regional and global teams, collaborate with R&D, product managers, and sales to fulfill customer requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-value automotive solutions.

The role demands proven STE/RTE experience, strong communication and planning skills, and frequent travel across Europe.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in a relevant engineering field.
Proven STE/RTE experience.
Experience coordinating large teams on time-critical deliveries.
Knowledge of SoC semiconductor, Agile SAFE, CI/CT/CD.
Strong cross-cultural collaboration and communication.
Experience with Jira/Confluence.
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Provide worldwide system support level 2 to customers, marketing and sales teams, and regions.
Animate a cross functional team to deliver CoreRide adaptations requested by customers.
Coordinate and align with the different product lines to execute on customer requests.
Support Marketing and sales during design win phase through proofs of concept that demonstrate NXP system and components.
Organize trainings for customers and local support teams, and manage logistics and delivery of CoreRide reference system hardware.
