Körber Pharma Packaging AG seeks an experienced Software Trainer/Developer to design and deliver training sessions on software topics for internal teams and clients worldwide. You will craft learning materials, run workshops, and help establish train-the-trainer programs across international sites.

Ideal candidates bring a CS degree, 3–5 years in software development (C#, Delphi, databases), and a passion for teaching in a fast-growing, global pharma packaging environment.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or degree in computer science.
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience (C#, Delphi, databases).
• Experience in intralogistics or warehouse tech is a plus.
• Interest in teaching, training, and instructor-type roles; international setting preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Engaging in fast-growing industrial tech with meaningful knowledge transfer.

Responsabilités

• Lead training sessions and workshops on software topics for in-house and client sites.
• Develop, maintain, and improve training materials with the content management team.
• Create and expand train-the-trainer programs in an international setting; support colleagues.
• Independently develop software for projects, simulate, and assist with system commissioning.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Product Management, and Service for aligned delivery.

Description du poste

• Preparing, conducting, and evaluating training sessions and workshops on software topics-both in-house and at client sites
• Conducting technical content to international audiences with varying levels of prior knowledge
• Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving training materials and learning material in collaboration with our content management team
• Establishing and further developing train-the-trainer programs in an international setting, supporting colleagues with technical inquiries and training needs
• In consultation with your manager, you will independently develop software for projects, emulate it, and contribute to the commissioning of systems through to final acceptance
• Close collaboration with functional departments such as R&D, Engineering, Product Management, and Service

Your profile

• At least a completed vocational training program or degree in computer science
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in software development (C#, DELPHI, relational databases, and optionally PL/SQL)
• Ideally, several years of experience in intralogistics, material handling, or warehouse technology
• Passion for knowledge transfer and teaching skills, including an international setting; ideally, training as an instructor (which we are also happy to provide)
• Very good written and spoken English, and ideally knowledge of additional languages
