Job summary

IQVIA in Paris is seeking a Site Activation specialist to manage country-level startup activities in line with SOPs, regulations, and project plans. You will serve as SPOC for investigative sites, SAMs, PM teams, and other departments, ensuring timely startups and accurate regulatory documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in life sciences and 3 years of clinical research experience, strong GCP/ICH knowledge, and meticulous document control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of clinical research or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to coordinate activities across sites, teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for investigative sites, SAMs, PMs and other departments.
• Perform site activation activities in compliance with SOPs, WIs and timelines.
• Prepare and review regulatory and ethics documents for site startup.
• Maintain internal systems and tracking tools with project information.
• Provide local expertise during initial and ongoing project timeline planning.
