Job summary

DiliTrust in Paris is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across FR and international offices. You will partner with hiring managers to craft sourcing strategies and deliver top candidates in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.

Fluency in English and French is required, with 5+ years in recruitment. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to shape talent across GTM, Sales, Corporate and Engineering teams.

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in agency or in-house roles.
• Experience hiring across multiple countries and time zones.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across Dilitrust offices (FR + International).
• Develop sourcing strategies for roles across GTM, Sales, Corporate, Engineering.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and hiring goals.
• Attract and engage high-quality, passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Improve processes and tooling (ATS) for better efficiency.
• Coach candidates through the recruiting process and close offers.
• Drive continuous improvement of systems and procedures.

Your tasks :

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes across various Dilitrust offices (FR + International)
• Develop and manage sourcing strategies for positions across various businesses and technical functions (GTM, Sales, Corporate, Engineering)
• Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies
• Identify, attract, and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals
• Help improve our process, documentation, tooling (ATS)
• Identify candidate closing strategies and proactively coach and inform candidates through the entire recruiting process
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processes

Your profile:

• 5+ years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Experience hiring across multiple countries.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confident sourcing and engaging passive candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Able to handle multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and French, 3rd speaking language is a plus.
